A Very Brief Music and Life Update

Today was mainly a stay in day.
This afternoon, I finished the extras for Put On Your Shoes/Hurry Up. It was cool jamming along with the song, and having it sound decent.
The next song I plan to do for the kids classes this month is Skinnamarink. My favourite is the Canadian take on this song from The Elephant Show with Sharon, Lois, and Bram.
I also started jamming a bit because I had an original song in my head for the last few days.
It was really hard to stay focused on anything because of a crisis with a friend that blew up on Discord this morning. I got the song transcription finished, but I didn't get anything else done after that.
I wanted to go to a café to get some writing done in my Traveler's Notebook, but I decided against it and did a grocery shop instead. Recently, McDonald's Japan stopped accepting the D Point card, thus completely eliminating any incentive to eat there any longer. The prices on meals were expensive, but at least we were getting points for them before.
When you work in eikaiwa/juku style schools, your hours are usually from 13:00-21:00 or somewhere along those lines. Those hours make it hard to find time to cook, and when the McDonald's is right there, it makes it hard to say no. I know it's stupid that it took them taking away the point card to get me to stop going.
I'm posting this mainly so that I don't lose my train of thought because time is going by faster than I can log it. It's barely 21:00, and I am both physically and mentally exhausted.
